Refund Policy

We want you to love your LUMLA glasses. If something isn't right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with the case and cloth included.
- Frames with a made-to-order custom lens colour can only be returned if faulty.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt email) is required.
How to start a return
Email lumlaglassesmt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email at each step.
EU right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery, without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy extends this right — it never limits it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
