These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from LUMLA GLASSES, the official franchise store of the LUMLA GLASSES brand, operated from Sliema, Malta.

Products & pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Product photos are as accurate as possible; minor colour variations can occur between screens.

Custom lens colours

One or more different lens colours can be customised on request. Custom-lens orders are made to order and can only be returned if faulty (see our Refund policy).

Orders & payment

An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.

Shipping & returns

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Warranty

All frames carry the two-year statutory EU conformity guarantee against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage and scratched lenses are not covered.

Intellectual property

The LUMLA GLASSES name and branding are used under franchise licence. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. EU consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
